Job description 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conducting “end to end” recruitment and selection process for all positions in the company, in line with the employment strategy
  • Proactively searching for and approaching the candidates through different channels (e.g. social networks, university career centers, professional associations, conferences, and meetups)
  • Onboarding of new employees in line with the existing onboarding procedure as well as suggesting and implementing innovations of the process
  • Contributing to all employer branding activities in line with EB strategy - generating content for EB purposes, maintaining relationships with relevant institutions, participating in relevant events in the ICT industry
  • Participating in the talent management process by designing and organizing training for employees
  • Developing and participating in all performance management activities
  • Measuring organizational culture and employee engagement and implementing actions for continuous improvement
  • Cooperating and consulting the management team regarding all HR related topics
  • Keeping track of best HR practices and trends in the ICT industry
  • Developing, implementing and updating HR procedures and documents and taking care of related HR administration

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the ICT industry
  • Master’s degree (preferably in psychology or economy)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working in HR and supporting organizational core values, change, and development
  • High morals, trustworthiness and strong work ethics
  • Team player and a good colleague
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language - both written and spoken
