Any submission of data, including personal data (for example, downloading some content from our web site or social media ads (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) or contacting us through the contact form), means that you gave us explicit consent to the processing of personal data, and Serengeti has the right to retain and use that information to periodically inform you about our products and services until you unsubscribe yourself.

1.1 Data you give us
We search and collect the following personal data in the instances in which you use our site to apply for a job. This data is necessary for the proper implementation of the application process for Serengeti employment adverts and enables us to fulfill our legal obligations. We do not share this data with third parties apart for exceptional cases and only with your express consent. If you do not provide us with the necessary data, we may not be able to provide you with all the required services.
Submitting a CV when applying for a job is considered as an explicit consent to the processing of your personal information indicated on the CV, and we will retain that data in our databases in order to contact you in the future when a suitable job position opens.
Application for a job advert- in order to use certain features of our website and Serengeti's job advert, we may ask you for additional data, which may include your address, phone number, photos, and profile picture.
You can also provide us with some additional personal data in the process of applying for our job advert. This additional data is processed based on your explicit consent as stated in the previous point.
The General Data Protection Regulation has special rules for the processing of "special categories of personal data", which include particularly sensitive categories of personal data such as: religious beliefs, political opinions, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health, sexual orientation and the like. Serengeti does not collect such data. If we would require such data, we would need your explicit consent.

We provide aggregated statistic data and insights that help people and companies understand how people respond to their postings, offers, sites, and other content on and off Serengeti.
